The hotel itself is great! The room is very spacious and gives out a home like feel. It was very clean upon arrival and has all the amenities needed for an extended stay. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was because of the receptionist. She was very dry. For such a high end hotel you would expect more of the receptionist.

We had a 2 queen suite. Easy check-in ahead of time and digital key makes it really easy. The room was nice and clean. No weird smells. Kitchen with stove top, refrigerator, dishes, and dishwasher. The shower and toilet were separate from the bathroom sink, making family getting ready much easier. Free breakfast was fine. Nothing to write home about, but it is good and convenient. We'd definitely stay again.

The rooms were very nice. The bathroom doors did not lock for either one. Also, the foundation was at a slant because the shower door continued to open while taking a shower. Although a slight inconvenience it was problematic having to be attentive to it. Overall I enjoyed the room and the service. The staff was great!

I've used this same location many times and they have been wonderful. Once I had food delivered to the wrong location and a woman took time out of her day to deliver it to me. So nice. They are always upgrading and improving the space. Love the new soap dispensers and can't wait to try out the tap area next time I'm here.

Needs to be renovated but a decent place to sleep. Breakfast was pretty good. There was biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, hasbrowns, pancakes (made with a machine), cereal, bagels and muffins, oranges and bananas, yogurt. For drinks, there's coffee, milk, apple juice and orange juice with pulp.

I would give no stars if I could. There are signs up everywhere that this hotel is about to undergo renovations, which is great because it’s definitely older and starting to get run down. The worst part of this hotel is the cheap dime store …
